We are planning, with a very vibrant coalition of interested parties, a one day event in Minneapolis on October 27, 2006 called Respond We Must! Advancing Quality Improvement In Behavioral Health Care. This very important colloquium is intended for health care professionals and leaders who wish to improve the way we deliver behavioral health care. It will feature discussions about what is and isn’t working in our current systems for patients and their families and how the Nov. 1, 2005 Institute of Medicine report can provide the framework for improving quality of care.
