  2. Sponsor and Facilitate Learning Collaboratives: Solo and with Partners
    • Improve care of Behavioral Health Care in the Emergency Room. Targeted for fall 2007
    • Improve on results of Poly-Pharmacy reduction collaborative
    • Build on learning of treating depression in Primary Care
    • Other targets
      • Improve Access to Care for Children
        • Spread ADHD work
        • Improve connection with primary care
        • Obesity
        • Substance abuse, smoking

  3. Encourage Innovation and Advance “Cutting Edge Change”
    • Build connection, introduce learning opportunities, serve/engage membership

      • Significantly inadequate connection between behavioral and general healthcare
      • Poly Pharmacy, especially in children
      • Bell Curve - shifting the performance curve - and its implications for quality and outcome improvement
      • Outcome improvement

      • Autism Spectrum
    • Create web site Reference Library on Methods, Tools, and Best Practices
    • Create reference on outcomes and creating aggregate data
